"To me, beauty appears when one feels deeply, and art is an act of total attention" - Dorthea Lange

Whitney Neal is a photographer based in Louisville, KY, where she was born and raised, and currently lives with her husband. When she's not enjoying a cup of coffee over a good conversation, or working on renovating her 75-year-old house with her husband, she is photographing couples madly in love and families fervidly cherished. She is equally passionate about capturing artful portraits reminiscent of her grandmother's wedding day, positioned poignantly on the property of her childhood, as she is about seizing spontaneous moments and beholding, if just for one moment, such deserving places at distinct times.

Or stop by for a visit at her studio at the Pointe at 1205 East Washington St, just outside of downtown Louisville, in Butchertown, where there is a plethora of coffee, and champagne, ready to celebrate your life or love.
